Telnet - changing tabs??

I started preclearing a couple drives with keyboard hooked up to unraid server. now running headless in basement, but i cant see my preclearing screens 'vterms' when i telnet in. is there way i can? or am i going to have to hook up a monitor and keyboard downstairs again to check on the progress?
