I purchased Unraid Pro Edition on 2nd January 2024 and the billing website accidently charged my credit card twice while I only received one license key.

 

Redacted card details are:

Name: A J****r

Card Number: **** **** **** 2376

Exp: 11/26

 

My Unraid order number was 1192859

 

I initially waited to see if there was an automatric refund, however my credit card statement says othewise:

My intention was to purchase 1 x license only. Can you please have a look at your records and refund me the overpaid 129 USD?
