Ironwolf Pro 22TB - Cannot Assign

Featured Replies

Dear Unraid Community,

I am new to Unraid. Please accept my apologies if I am posting this in the incorrect forum.

I just got my new NAS (Terramaster F4-424 Pro) together with 2x new Ironwolf Pro 22TB. However, I cannot seem to assign the disks. Please attached log.

Any help will be grateful.

That NAS seems to have its own OS. Can you boot Unraid on it? Or what are you trying to do?

I don't understand what the screenshot is supposed to be showing either. The portion at the top where it would show the array slots for disk assignment isn't included in the screenshot.

It comes with TerraMaster OS, however, it does allow Unriad. Ive successfully booted into Unraid. But it does not allow me to create an array or assign the disks. Also tried to preclear and it says cannot preclear. I did ensure remove the secure settings (for formatting).

In the picture, the assingments are all blank since it does not pick up the 22TB in the drop down (for creating an partiary/data disk).
