Jellyfin GPU not showing any processes

Featured Replies

I'm reaching out for help to resolve my problem with Jellyfin transcoding.

1. I'm running Unraid 6.12

2,. jellyfin in a docker container.

3. Nvidia graphics card Quadro K620

I have tried both Nvidia drivers - v535.154.05 and  545.29.06

4. Edit the Jellyfin configuration

5. snapshot of NVIDIA-SMI

if I have something missing or additional information is required, please contact me.  Thank you

Just wondering if you ever resolved this?  I'm having the same problem -- technically the movies appear to be playing correctly, but I can't seem to confirm that it's using the GPU.  I see no processes either and using GPU-Statistics I don't see any load on the GPU, but rather my CPU is spiking... I'm also on Unraid and have tried the NVIDIA_VISIBLE_DEVICES setting and the --runtime=nvidia parameter.

Hi,l

jellyfin is showing my GPU transcoding. But it doesn't show it being transcoding for the duration of the move/tv show. I never could figure it out.
