Stuck at pending configuration changes.

After a recent update (currently running version 6.9.11-4), I went to confirm pending configuration changes - and it never successfully completes.  I have tried a few things I found in the forums (resetting the salt), and that did not work.   Any words of wisdom?

Pending configuration changes

You must apply these changes in order for them to take effect.

The following modules will be updated:

avahi

collectd

fstab

monit

quota

remotemount

rsync

sharedfolders

systemd

task

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
