Yet another slow parity check issue question...

I started my monthly parity check and it is bumping along at around 4MB/s.  Usually I get closer to 120 or so.  Any ideas?  

 

I really wish I could learn to read these logs so I didn't have to ask so many questions!

    There's something writing to disk9, and something reading disk6, stop all array activity and the speed should go back to normal
