Docker failed to start after appdata move

Not clear what's going on. Do you mean the Docker service? Or do you just mean a specific container?

Your system share is on the array. Better if appdata, domains, system shares are on fast pool with nothing on the array, so Dockers/VMs will perform better, and so array disks can spindown since these files are always open.
