Hello

I don´t live in the USA anymore, and where I live prices for hard drives (and all comouter stuff) are vey expensive

I´m in a business trip in the USA and I plan to buy 2 hard drives (2 x 1.5Tb) but I want to make sure they work fine before going back home...

How can I test a drive: use a USB docking station and try to format each disk? Or is there any free software to test a drive, from a USB dock (I only have a laptop with me.........)

    You can use the free version on a laptop with e-sata to run pre-clear.
