Unraid randomly shuts down

Featured Replies

Was traveling recently when I noticed my server applications were not reachable. My roommate could not access the server via webUI or ssh. Hard shutdown the server for it to randomly shut down hours/days later. Have dealt with this issue for months but it has never been this consistent, maybe a few times a year and now its a few times a month.

I have diagnostics but I am not sure if the whole zip or specific files is wanted.

Thanks

If the server is shutting down by itself it suggests a hardware issue, like PSU/board issues or overheating, you can still enable the syslog server and post that after an event, just to confirm there's nothing invoking a shutdown command.

Sorry for the late reply. No shutdown command is invoked. The computer is on but it refuses all network connection. I cannot ping it but when I go to shut it down, I can hear fans whirling and drive light indicators are on.
