Bolt alignment, as well as screw length can be an issue when installing the Norco cages. You should try to line up as many holes as possible, to secure the drive cage in place.

Mine is held with screws in only three of the four corners, yet it is very solidly in place. Use your best judgement, and I'd strongly suggest you check how far into the cage the screws end up being. You might have to use a washer or two on the screws.

I did!

 

I don't suppose you would know why my Asus M4A78LT M LE and AMD Sempron 265 won't start properly. When I hit the power button all the fans come on (as does the indicator light on the mobo) but I can't get indication of life on my display.

Not sure what else you might have plugged in right now but I would go back to basics.

 

Plug in only CPU and power and try to start the board.  it should fail because of lack of RAM.  ad a single ram stick, rinse and repeat.
