Unraid crashes several times a day

Featured Replies

Hi!

I recently built a new Unraid server. I have a problem where Unraid crashes several times a day. This is an AMD build so I have tried:

  1. Disable C-state
  2. Configure Power Syplli Idle Control to "Typical Current Idle"
  3. Memtest - All memories passed OK

The crashes seems to happen randomly. When it happens I cannot ping the server and I cannot browse to the Unraid GUI. The last crash was around ~14:15 11/2-2024.

I have attached the syslog and the diagnostics to this post

In the syslog.txt in the diagnostic I found this:

Feb 11 14:10:55 AG5-NAS-01 kernel: igc 0000:09:00.0 eth0: PCIe link lost, device now detached

Which led me to this:

Almost the same hardware. Trying to add this.

Will get back with results.

The solution seems to work. No crash for ~7 hours. Usually happened every 3-4 hours before.
