Appdata drive pool unmountable: unsupported or no file system

Cannot get appdata drive pool online. Ran a file system check and returns errors. Ive had issues lately with system becoming unresponsive and had to do a hard reset. Any help is appreciated. Here is the btrfs check status

If the log tree is the only issue, this may help:

btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/sdc1

Then restart the array, if it mounts scrub the pool since there's also corruption being detected.
