Docker Service failed to start After reboot.

Featured Replies

Hi all,

My unraid docker services cannot start after a reboot. The docker tab of unraid webui shows "Docker Service failed to start." and "Couldn't create socket: [2] No such file or directory" then nothing more.

+ I have tried to rebuild the docker image vdisk but no help.

+ memtest tried and pass.

+ can't start docker service in safemode as well

+ The syslog seems nothing special to me, I can't even find the docker service related error log.

Please help, thanks in advance.

Try removing this line from /boot/config/docker.cfg

DOCKER_OPTS=" -e HTTP_PROXY=http://192.168.50.1:7890"

That fixed the issue, Thank you! Hope I had ask this more early so that I don't have to rebuild all my containers.

But still a bit weird, I use that config for a very long time, why it cause the issue now?

Not sure, but looks like that was an unsupported option.
