I had a drive go down. Pulled it and replaced with same size drive (2TB). Followed procedure and drive was rebuilt and seems to be fine at first glance.

But, the new drive seems to be read only now.

Also, the filesystem type is unknown on the new drive (instead of reiserfs)

 

Can anyone help as nothing can be written to this drive now?

Need to run a reiserfsck on the drive to see if it is corrupt.  There are instruction in the wiki or find other threads by searching in the forum.
