Backup to external usb drive crashes drive und system

I' have been burning lost of time figuring out what is going on with my system. The system itself is stable but syncing (Unassigned Drives - LuckyBackup - FreeFileSync) data to an external usb drive leads to a crash. It even crashed my hard drive . No clue whats going on. 

 

My syslog ist attached.

Memtest was fine.

I have a ssd only system with one xfs array (3x ssd 1x parity?

1 cache xfs nvme pool

1 cache_nvme xfs pool

 

Data copys direct to the array

 

 

I really appreciate some help!

You should enable the syslog server (probably with the option to Mirror to Flash set) to get a syslog that survives a reboot so we can see what leads up to a crash.  The mirror to flash option is the easiest to set up (and if used the file is then automatically included in any diagnostics), but if you are worried about excessive wear on the flash drive you can put your server's address into the remote server field.
