Red Ball on Parity Disk (Need help)

Dear Friends,

 

I have a unRAID 5.12 version installed on my server and for the first time i have a red ball on my Parity disk. It is saying that a new disk is installed, where i have not installed any.

 

It ran parity-Sync automatically but in the end it disabled that parity drive.

 

now, i could not start the array, at least it is trying to but it is taking a long time.

 

Need expert advise.
