Greetings, I came back from a week away for work to find my unraid shares not accessible. Opening the dashboard, I noticed all my settings where gone (theme, layout, etc) and a message saying the flash drive was missing or corrupted. I couldn't do a Flash backup at this point obviously and I do not have a backup of the flash since I always got a 404 error for the .zip link after the backup creation.

The system had not been rebooted based on the uptime.

I attempted to remove and re-insert the flash drive. The dashboard now says the key file is missing. I also cannot read the drive. 

Attempting to redeem my activation code leads to a message about the GUID being blacklisted.

 

I do have the array information saved.

What would be the correct procedure in this scenario to create a new flash based on the running config?

Installed apps, containers, VMs, etc and all their settings.

That will never work, try rebooting the server.

Activation is one-time only, you just need to restore the key if it's still missing after rebooting, if you no longer have the key URL contact support and they can send you a new link.
