How do I set my NIC to 2.5G?

I'm running Cat 8 cable to my 10Gbe switch and my Motherboard has an Intel 2.5G NIC which is recognized but is running at only 1Gbe.  I can't seem to find anything in UI where I can bump this up to 2500?

    Yes.  But there's no syslog detailing what is going on as it tries to connect.  No versions of the driver.  No hardware IDs etc etc etc.  Diagnostics are what show everything necessary.
