Can't write to drives after starting preclear

Hi,

 

I added a disk to the server last night and started to preclear it.  I was able to copy a file to my cache drive last night after adding the disk and starting to preclear it.  However, the mover still hasn't moved it to the array and I can't write to the other disks.  I was able to save one txt file to disk 8 once but then not again.  I'm not sure what the problem is but the syslog from unmenu had lots of red lines.  Attached is my syslog.  Any help would be appreciated.
