WD ears disks from unraid server to NAS

Hello,

 

I want to transfer all my current disks (all WD20EARS with jumpers installed) to a nas system (Synology DS411). What do i need to do: delete the jumpers and just place the disks in the nas, or do i need to format the drives in order to work? I have absolutely no idea, all that i know is that i'll make an external backup just in case something goes wrong.

 

I hope someone can tell me how to do this. Thanks in advance
