February 23, 20242 yr Community Expert The config folder from your flash backup has everything you need to get your configuration going again on a new install. If you have to use a different flash drive it you will have to do the license transfer But I recommend trying to use that same flash drive first. After you have a backup, format it, make a new install, copy config folder from your backup.

But it still failed to auto boot , with the new one as u advised i copied the config folder over from old one it auto booted in a matter of seconds Edited February 23, 20242 yr by Atilla0406
