the problem was the flash drive, I've transfered license over to new flash drive. Thanks all for the help

The config folder from your flash backup has everything you need to get your configuration going again on a new install. If you have to use a different flash drive it you will have to do the license transfer

 

But I recommend trying to use that same flash drive first.

 

After you have a backup, format it, make a new install, copy config folder from your backup.

before moving onto new flash drive, i backed up the old one and wiped data as did unraid usb creator tool . But it still failed to auto boot , with the new one as u advised i copied the config folder over from old one it auto booted in a matter of seconds
