Speed: 100Mb/s

1G degrades to 100M when one of the signals is missing.

 

Check ports, plugs, cables on server, switch, router. Make sure pins inside ports are not bent out of place. Try other cables, ports. Test if another computer can use full speed when plugged in to the same ports your server is using.
