February 24, 20242 yr I first noticed a problem when I tried to go to the community apps tab and it said it wasn't installed. I tried reinstalling it but it kept failing so I powered down my system so I could check the flash boot and didn't see anything wrong. When I tried to power it back up I wasn't able to get to the GUI. I looked back and I saw that I'm not getting a IP assigned when I boot. Not sure what would have caused this. I did try to recreate my flash but still had the same problem. Any help would be really appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20240224-1412.zip
February 25, 20242 yr Author @Squid Thanks for the reply. I have tried booting into both "OS safe mode" and "GUI safe mode" which had the same IP address not set and I could not hit my server.
February 26, 20242 yr Community Expert According to the log the server is not finishing the boot process, it didn't even tried to get an IP, try with a new flash drive, no key needed, just to see if it boots correctly.
February 27, 20242 yr Author Solution So I did get this resolved. After trying a few different things I noticed that even when using an entirely new boot drive I was still being shown boot options that I had manually created on my old boot drive. This made me remember I had a second USB plugged in that I would periodically backup my boot to when making changes. For some unknown reason Unraid deciced to start booting off that second USB. Once I removed the second USB, recreated my boot flash, and powered on my system was able to boot normally again. Weird problem but happy it wasn't anything too terrible. Thanks @Squid and @JorgeB for trying to help!
