February 26, 20242 yr Hi, I had a ZFS z1 pool that had 3x 8tb drives. I was running a little low on space so added 3x 4tb drive (performance not a concern with different capacity drives). I couldn't do it via the UI (at least that I could figure out) so I used CLI to add the drives. Everything appears to have been setup properly but the UI doesn't look like it has. Pool shows 6 drives but only shows details of 3 original 8tb 3 4tb disks added show in Unassigned Devices Zpool Status looks ok to me How can I get the UI to show the drives in the UI?

You can reimport the pool, stop the array, unassign the 3 pool devices, start array, stop array, reassign the 6 pool devices in the same order and the zpool status shows, leave the filesystem set to auto, start the array.
February 26, 20242 yr Author Thank @JorgeB I was thinking about reimporting via CLI but this worked perfectly and all drives are showing in the GUI. Thanks a ton for the help!
