February 26, 20242 yr This error message just popped up. I've moved my flash drive to different ports with no change. How can I resolve this? Thanks
February 26, 20242 yr Community Expert Is this a BIOS error or do you see it during boot? You can post a photo.
February 26, 20242 yr Author System had been running fine. I just physically moved my server when this happened.
February 26, 20242 yr Author When I tried to download diagnostics I got: Hmmm... can't reach this page nas1 refused to connect
February 26, 20242 yr Author I see that it's created a zip file. How do I get if off of my server? My Windows machine says: \\NAS1 is not accessible. You might not have permission... The remote procedure call failed and did not execute. Sorry. I've never used Linux before.
February 26, 20242 yr Community Expert You can copy directly from the flash drive, it will be in the /logs fodler.

You can plug that into your Windows machine to get at it.
February 26, 20242 yr Author Thank you both for your help. When I transfer the flash drive to my laptop, there is no logs folder. When I do a search on the drive for "diagnostics", I get no items.
February 26, 20242 yr Author Solution Guys, thanks for your help. As this is a relatively new server with not much on it, I'm going to just delete the contents of the flash drive and start over with a fresh install. Thanks again.
