February 27, 20242 yr Hello, I've installed a second NIC in my unraid server, and I've had issues with bonding in balance-tlb mode and Plex. As it was sometimes switching between nics, Plex was not joinable from outside the network anymore because port forward does not adapt to the mac address change. I went back to no bonding and I am looking at how I can put some docker on one NIC and some other on the second, though I believe bonding would still be a better option. Would anyone be able to give me a few steps to make bonding works while not causing issues with port forwarding and mac address change ? Plex docker is configured to use network type Host, would changing to bridge help in my case ? Thanks a lot !
