nvme for cache: unmountable - unsupported or no file system

I have the problem with my nvme. that I want to use for the cache. 
Every time I format it, "unmountable - unsupported or no file system" always appears afterwards 

What can I do so that it works and I can use it as a cache?

I am very new to Unraid.

    Reboot and try to format again, it should work then.
