Hey Team, I recently rebuilt my unraid server and installed Unraid 6.12.8 on a new USB drive.

I copied the existing Plus.key file to the \config folder of the usb drive.

Once Unraid booted from the new USB drive, I attempted to "Replace Key." Unfortunately, this process ended in an error.

Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"KeyFile is not valid"}}

 

I checked my "Unraid Connect" dashboard and the key no longer appears in the dashboard... it simply vanished.

 

Is there a way to fix this issue? I still have the Plus.key file saved on my computer.

If I try to redeem activation code, I receive an the following response:

 

Unable to redeem activation code for this GUID

GUID, 154B-00EE-0718-XXXXXEF92693, may already have a key or it has been blacklisted

contact support, make sure you get an auto response acknowledgement back.
