March 2, 20242 yr Hi I just used the plug-in to backup my flash drive for the first time. I click activate and it showed activating for about 20 mins and then errored out with failed to sync followed by "Your flash drive is corrupted or offline" I'm not sure how to proceed. I haven't done anything yet. Any suggestions? 7060-diagnostics-20240302-1617.zip
