Unraid server very very slow

Unraid 4.7. Array has been up for quite a while. Last time I used it I could copy files from it very fast.

I had shut the system down and left it down for a few weeks, now when I need files off it again its very slow. Like 20 minutes to copy 2mb slow. And if I use windows 7 copy it will stop and tell me the file isn't there on the server.

 

Any quick Ideas to help? I need some files off the system very badly.
