Random crash without ability to run diagnostics

Featured Replies

First time posting and still new to unraid, so forgive me if I missed anything or issue posted elsewhere. I am running 6.12.6 on a dell optiplex 9020 mt i7-4770 with 32gb ram, 4tb parity, 2 4tb pool and 128gb ssd cache. Randomly (random times of day, cannot reproduce) the server will hang and become unresponsive, including plugging in the monitor and ssh access so i am unable to run diagnostics and forced to reboot. I enabled mirror to flash and copied the syslog and syslog-previous right after reboot. I ran diagnostics after reboot and attached just in case. I only have a handful of dockers including plex, frigate (with usb coral), nordlynx etc. Of note I watch CPU load and temp which load averages ~40% and temps ~40c.

Thank you!

Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this usually points to a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker containers/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
