I've already exported the diagnostics. Can someone guide me on what to do next?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

That file is completely corrupt, do you have a backup?

Yes, The last backup date is March 3

I tried to replace but it failed. What should I do?

This means the flash drive is read-only, and you need to fix that first, you can try recreating it, if it doesn't help you will need to replace it.
