I want to share photos & files - is unraid the right thing for me?

Hey,

i have played around with unraid and nextcloud.

I often take pictures and instead of cleaning out my google drive over and over again, then sharing some pictures and then repeating, i wanted to use unraid with nextcloud to share some pictures. Howver, i dont seem to be able to find the software with all the functions i would prefer to have.

Ideally, my setup would be like the following:

- Several Folders, where only the designated users have access to their specific folders

- Login page where user needs to enter some data the first time they login (for example, tick a box that they will link my instagram account when uploading the pictures on social media and they need to enter their full name and address before they can download the folder)

- Auto-Delete the folder after XX days

- Log access to the folder

That way, i would be able to create logins for those people who need to get their pictures (since i make music, music projects could be in there as well, but if this works only with a photo app, i will stick to that).

Also, if that is possible, i would like to be able to have people create their own logins, where i later put in the pictures into a folder (which will help me not forget them when i make some shootings on events, i can just send them the link and once they created an account, i just need to fill the folder)

It seems very hard to find information on that specific use case - it almost seems easier to create a website with wordpress in that specific scenario... but maybe, someone has some ideas for me?
