6.12.8 - SMB access is dead

Featured Replies

not sure what the problem is. I have searched and searched and searched the board, and I am at a loss at what to do. SMB had been working, and around the time of 6.12.8 it stopped, although not sure if it was before or after the upgrade.

Does not matter the client windows,  mac, linux ... none can access.

A checked the key files on the usb and the array they matched

I turned SMB off, restarted, turned it back on...nothing

thoughts and ideas please...

You are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your system’s diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread. It is always a good idea when asking questions to supply your diagnostics so we can see details of your system, how you have things configured, and the current syslog.

Looks like you have a docker container continually crashing which is spamming the logs making it difficult to see what might be going on.    You should be able to tell which one this might be by looking at the uptime on the Docker tab.

everything has been up for a month the spamming looks like it was looking for a logo. What are you looking for that could cause SMB to not function?
