November 10, 201114 yr I prefer the debit cards now to be honest. I just use them on my verizon/comcast bills. No chance the rebate money isn't going to something necessary .

November 10, 201114 yr I just end up buying Amazon gift cards with all the rebate gift cards I get. If you partially use a card, sometimes its next to impossible to use the balance.

I did that the last time with hard drive rebates. Worked out well. But the rebate on the other 120GB good deal is pretty large and I do not want to spend the funds on Amazon. I have enough "stuff". However if I can use the card to pay part of my phone bill, this becomes quite do-able and useful.
