March 9, 20242 yr Hi all, I need your assistance I broke my USB drive I have brought a new one I click recover but it does not work so it started a 30 day trail I thought i had screenshot of drive configuration, could not find it also don't have a back-up of the drive
March 9, 20242 yr Contact Support requesting a transfer of the registration. Include a copy & paste (no screenshots) of what appears within Tools - Registration when using the new drive. Are you able to access the original drive at all or is it really broken?
March 9, 20242 yr Community Expert You may find this section of the online documentation accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI or the DOCS link at the top of each forum page. The Unraid OS->Manual section in particular covers most features of the current Unraid release.

I pulled out of counter it got caught thing snapped in half
