Is there a command to output list of services writing to cache?

I suppose the title says it all.  I'm trying to pinpoint which container is continually writing to cache.  To narrow it down, I've disabled writing to log files within app settings, but the 'writes' keep climbing steadily.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
