Sleep settings not working with Unraid 5beta 13

Just upgraded to Unraid 5beta 13 with Simple Feature 0.9f plugin. Server will sleep using sleep button and WOL by magic packet. But the sleep setting will not turn on. After selecting the enable from the dropdown and clicking on done... it reverts back to disabled.

    3. Adjust your preference.
