After recovering my license, now every time I start the array will cause error "unraid Cannot access your USB Flash boot device ", unraid will detected no flash, but start in Maintenance mode wont show error, what should I do? please help me

You should post your system's diagnostics zip file in your next post in this thread to get more informed feedback.  It is always a good idea to post this if your question might involve us seeing how you have things set up or to look at recent logs.

Do you have any VMs?

Post new diags with the array started in normal mode, saved when you are seeing the issue.

I have a windows server 2022 vm

 

Start array after shutdown Vms works

 

But after that rebooting Vms cause no flash again

It might be that I share this boot flash disk as usb to my windows vm previously, and after starting vm, it was shared to vm

 

But I dont know how to stop the vm from rebooting now

Edit config/domains.cfg on the flash drive to disable VM Manager.

quickly stop autostart vm after starting array solved it!

Looks like you are passing through the flash drive to a VM.
