HELP, I make a mistake and lost all my array data

I take off a disk from my array, and I want to get off the miss harddisk, so I go to the menu and select the option TOOL->New Config->ALL,I select the wrong(I think I should select the NONE but I selected the ALL), and now I lost all my data of my array disks. My system is 6.11.5, now I dont start my array bcs bcs system said that if start array will get a new array, how can I get back my data in my array befor? HELP me! Thanks a lot!

No reason there should be any data loss.

 

Do you know what your disks assignments should have been?

I take away one disk from my server, the rest disks are all in server and dont moved. But I am afraid I start my array will get a new and blank array without any data.

you may find out that the description of New Config in the online documentation useful.  As you will see from reading it you do not need to lose any data.

 

You will only lose data if you accidentally assign a drive containing data to the parity slot so do you know which is your parity drive(s).   If not then this can help identify parity drive(s).

Thank you very much. U means if I dont repalce the order of my array disks and dont resign my parity disks, just take away one disk from the server, my array data does not lose? thanks !

Solved, thanks again. I don't lose my data,just parity disk rebuild again, all data disk are right.
