Can't Access Plugins

I have tried installing a bunch of plugins but haven't yet been able to get them to work properly.

 

At first I thought it was my issues with the individual plugins themselves, but after some testing I think they are all running fine logs show no errors.

 

Is there any reason as to why I might not be able to access in a browser?

 

I have my server set at a static IP on home network, so i type 10.0.0.33 to access my server.

 

With SABnzbd up and running 10.0.0.33:8080 presents nothing.

 

With iStat running 10.0.0.33:5109 shows nothing.

 

Anyone have any ideas?  Is it something dead simple I am just missing?
