Lost OS drive. How to reassign disks correctly?

Hi, 
My OS drive died and I don't have a usable backup. 
The drive is completely gone, so I can't copy files from the old drive to the new.

I have setup a new OS drive, but I don't know which disk was which. Is there a way to setup the disks to not lose data?
