Disk Errors - when to be concerned?

Hello,

I'm currently migrating TB's of data from one UNRAID server to another (using luckyBackup) and encountered a small number of disk errors (12) on disk 1.  The copy process completed successfully.

Is it possible to know if these disk errors affected the files that were copied and identify which file/s it was?

I'm currently running a SMART extended self-test on disk1 which encountered the errors.  Should I start planning to replace this disk?

Ideally I would like to replace all the disks as they have been in service for many years, but a staggered approach is better for the wallet...

Attached is the diagnostics file.

Thanks.

The disk passed the SMART extended self-test.

Num Test_Description Status Remaining LifeTime(hours) LBA_of_first_error
# 1 Extended offline Completed without error 00% 8901 -
# 2 Extended offline Completed without error 00% 40383 -

It's logged as a disk problem, and theses attributes being non 0 for WD drives is bad news:

ID# ATTRIBUTE_NAME          FLAGS    VALUE WORST THRESH FAIL RAW_VALUE
  1 Raw_Read_Error_Rate     POSR-K   200   200   051    -    2106
200 Multi_Zone_Error_Rate   ---R--   200   200   000    -    12

You can give it a second chance, but most likely there will be more errors soon, especially if those attributes keep climbing.
