Unraid OS Pro License I purchased on May 10, 2022

I can't check my purchase records when I log in with my email account.

Question 2:
And the license URL in the email has expired;

Question 3:
The payment order link shows a 404 error

Please tell me how to obtain the Unraid OS Pro license again after reinstalling unraid os.

Do I need to submit the purchase record that can be queried in the email for verification?

Thanks for the answer, I have sent a request for support. Waiting for administrator survey response.
Another question: Is it safe to create posts through the support page? Will private data be leaked?

If you mean if a support post is public, it's not, only support staff can see it.
