Ethernet NIC Rx Buffer & Ethernet NIC Tx Buffer set to 4096 ? Does this makes sense? Any experience?

Hi,

 

I get a lot of Interface Drops. Currently my Server runs for 1 hour and 26 minutes and I got 173 Drops. Is that normal?

I also want to ask if anyone got some experience with Ethernet NIC Rx Buffer & Ethernet NIC Tx Buffer set to 4096 ? Does this makes sense?
