USB Failure - License transfer

Hi,

My USB key failed and unfortunately I don't have a backup. I just have bought a new USB key and installed Unraid, but the license transfer doesn't seem to work. I get the 403 error: Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"GUID '****-****-****-************' not found. Please contact support for assistance."}}

 

I already have tried to contact support via the form but got no answer.
Any suggestions?

You should get an automated acknowledgement if your request got through, so if you did not you need to try again.

I don't get any acknowledgement, I only get the follow-up mails for this forum topic. Can I contact support in another way than by using the form?

I would recommend using the form again, try a different brwoser, until you get an automatic reply, AFAIK there's no direct email you can use.

Thank you for your feedback, I managed to contact support using the standard contact form. I tried multiple times before via the 'troubleshoot' link below the error but that didn't work.
