I just have bought a new USB key and installed Unraid, but the license transfer doesn't seem to work. I get the 403 error: Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"GUID '****-****-****-************' not found. Please contact support for assistance."}} I already have tried to contact support via the form but got no answer. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance! Quote Link to comment

You should get an automated acknowledgement if your request got through, so if you did not you need to try again. Quote Link to comment
