March 25, 20242 yr Hi, I am new to unraid and wanted to set up my server for backing up my devices, 2 PCs, 1 phone and 1 tablet. I'm currently setting up a nextcloud backup following spaceinvader one videos: Installing Nextcloud on Unraid 2022 and Buying a Domain and connecting it to cloudflare for use with your home server (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CS72kN2c6hU&t=673s and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4UdsDULZDg ) I've completed the set up with buying a domain and connecting it to cloudflare, but im currently stuck on the DNS management part of installing Nextcloud video's. Creating a DNS which connects my domain to my server in cloudflare, I am unsure what is the target i should set. Spaceinvader one used spaceinvaderoneserver.duckdns.org, how would I find this?
March 25, 20242 yr In order to set up duckdns, you can go to https://www.duckdns.org/ and setup an account Check out this video for how to do it step by step. It also shows you how to run a duckdns container to keep your IP in sync 24/7. You should be to continue spaceinvaderone's tutorial/s afterwards.
