Unable To Access Web UI

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am unable to access the web UI after a clean install of Unraid 6.12.8. Can someone please point out what change I need to make to get a basic setup working?

On boot I can see an IPv4 address is assigned via DHCP to br0, but I am not able to navigate to that address from any device on my network. There is no firewall blocking internal traffic to/from the host. I can ping out to external and internal addresses, although I noticed DNS does not resolve when I attempt to ping web addresses.

Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

  • Looked at other forum posts to see if this issue was already described
  • Installed on different USB drives
  • Set bonding in network configuration to False
  • Set static IP in network configuration
  • Tried different ethernet ports on the motherboard

Tomorrow I will try a different router to be sure it isn't related to network infrastructure. I have a feeling that may be the cause, but any help would be appreciated.
