NDonathan Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 Just bought a license and the site (https://unraid.net/pricing) clearly states "Attach up to 6 storage devices" for the starter license and there is no wording after clicking "buy now" that I could easily find that states that I will be limited to 4 devices. On my unraid server I can go to Tools > Registration and I'm getting the following message: "5 out of 4 allowed devices – upgrade your key to support more devices" I do not wish to upgrade to a license that advertised itself as allowing up to 6 devices. itimpi Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 You should contact support about this. They were going to offer a 4 device licence but then published the bottom licence was 6 devices so it looks like there is something falling through the cracks on device limit checking. 1 Quote Link to comment

I actually did that first and the response email says to post here "as the best way to receive a quick answer to most technical problems." This isn't exactly a technical problem and I think they should be able to handle my issue, but also wanted to post here in case anyone is having the same issue.
