March 18, 200818 yr Will the new release support CDROMS/CD-RW/DVD's ? I found that although I had an optical disk drive in my machine and the kernel saw it. it was not available via any device. I'm trying to eliminate one of my mini itx machines that is just a ripper onto the file server and collapse it all into my unRaid server. Plus the fact that I have a whole disk of just ISO images that I may want to burn with CDRECORD when needed. I'm also working on an autofs mechamism to allow automounting of the ISO's when you cd into the respectively named directory. So I need to read, and in the future write, optical media from my unRaid box. I'm not that familiar with UDEV, but I did notice a script in there related to optical drives was available but was not executable. Thoughts?
